My Work:

Cinematography robot arm design
N°003

Cinematography Robot Arm

Designed a high-mobility robot arm for controlled camera movement, including a custom gearbox and outer shell.

  • Calculated torque, gear ratios, and motion requirements.
  • Designed model using SolidWorks.
  • Iterated geometry, joint layout, and actuation concepts.
  • Coordinated mechanical, structural, research, and documentation tasks for a team of 4.

Automated badminton shuttle feeder prototype
N°004

Automated Shuttle Feeder

Designed and fabricated a badminton training machine that automatically feeds and launches shuttles for practice.

  • Designed and 3D printed parts from SolidWorks models.
  • Programmed an Arduino system with 775 DC motors and a stepper motor.
  • Integrated mechanical, electrical, and software elements into one sequence.

Automated DSC press prototype
N°005

Automated DSC Press

Developed a prototype that automatically crimps DSC sample pans to improve throughput and reduce manual intervention.

  • Engineered 3D printed mechanical components using SolidWorks CAD.
  • Integrated an Arduino-controlled linear actuator.
  • Troubleshot motion, alignment, and force requirements for repeatable crimping.
